Citozeatec USA ships across the United States and, on request, internationally. Some formulas may be restricted in certain destinations; where that applies, it will be indicated at checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day.
Standard domestic U.S. delivery generally arrives within 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options, where available, are shown at checkout. International delivery times vary by destination and customs handling.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. We may offer free standard shipping over a qualifying order threshold; any active offer will be shown in your cart.
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.
When your order ships, we email a tracking number. You can also view order status by signing in to your account.
Carrier delays are occasionally outside our control. If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your package arrives damaged, email info@citozeatecusa.com and we will help resolve it.
Our sequential formulas are best stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Storage guidance is printed on each product.
