These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Citozeatec USA website and the purchase of our products. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our products are dietary supplements. Statements about them have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. CITOVET is a veterinary product regulated by the FDA Center for Veterinary Medicine (FDA-CVM) and is intended for animal use only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.
Certain formulas — CITOZYM, CITEXIVIR, and PROPULZYM — are available only through qualified healthcare professionals and are not sold directly to consumers on this site. Pricing and ordering for these formulas are handled through our practitioner channel following verification.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is mispriced or unavailable. Applicable sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Approved healthcare practitioners, clinics, and distributors may access professional pricing and discount tiers. Professional accounts are granted after verification of credentials and are for professional use in accordance with applicable law. Wholesale purchases may be subject to minimum order requirements, tiered discounts, and payment terms (including Net-30 where approved). Reselling outside the terms of your professional agreement, or misrepresenting our products, may result in suspension of your account.
Authorized sales representatives operate under a separate written agreement. Representatives may share attributed referral links, assist clients with orders, and earn commissions according to the schedule and rules set out in that agreement. Commissions are calculated on qualifying, paid, and non-returned orders. Citozeatec USA may adjust commission structures with notice and may terminate representative status for breach of the agreement or applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Citozeatec USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
